Complete Signal Loss And 11-12-11 Code

Only one of my receivers is doing this, so I know it's not the satellite. picture is scrambling, sound is going in and out. I've tried messing with the connections, but haven't been able to resolve. Also rebooted the system, and that didn't work either.

Have you verified that the connections coming from outside into this installation, and behind the receiver are hand tight? Has anything changed from the time it was working properly to now? When you press 'Menu' 6-1-3 on the remote it takes you into the 'System Info' screen, box G contains your satellite signal information; you will see you have your satellites listed and below them a red or green box, what color boxes are you getting?
