Power Saving Mode

The power button to my Dell LCD TV model W3707C is amber in color which by the manual amber means the TV is in power saving mode. How do I get it out of the power saving mode to get my TV to come on

The TV will go into power saving mode only if:

No signal.

Not getting a video signal.

Solution: Check the video cables on the system or your antenna.
