Printing Problems With Dell V313w On Desktop

Every time I try to print off my Dell desktop it locks up and I have to Ctrl/Alt/Delete to get our of print program. My laptop in another office with the same software works fine. ??

Hello elabusmc,

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

This could be caused by another software installed on your Desktop conflicting with the printer driver or it may be a corrupt printer driver itself.

Please follow the link below to download and install the latest printer driver. (First uninstall the current printer driver)
