Factory Reseting
I want to get ride of my computer as that I have upgraded however pushing the F8 butten isn't getting me anywhere... How do I factory reset my computer so that I can make sure that all my personal information is completely gone before I get ride of this computer???

Let us know if you have the installation media. Follow the steps mentioned in this link http://dell.to/1A2phKH you should be able to reinstall the operating system. If your laptop is not booting by f8. Try removing the battery and press hold on to the power button for 10-15 seconds. Put back the battery try F8 and see if it goes to start up.
