Dell Precision T3500 Error
I get the following Error: Alert! Card-cage fan failure, Strike F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility, Press F5 to run onboard diagnostics. Any ideas how to resolve?

You card-cage [An enclosure into which printed circuit boards (cards) are inserted.] fan has failed and must need be replaced to resolve the issue. In case this issue persist following the replacement of this fan, then will most likely be looking at a defect board.
