Dell Precision T3400 Turns Itself On And Off
The dell precision t3400 is countinuesly turning itself on and off without reson when it is pluged in, I can not get it to start normaly or get any information displayed on the monitor. On occasion wile it is attempting to start up, the fan will run extremely fast. The computer will only stay on for several seconds and it spends about the same time off before trying to start again.
