Precision 650 Access To Bios
I
Thankshave a Dell Precision 650 but it did not come with the user manual. I can not access the BIOS via F2. I have been told that there is a jumper on the motherboard but can not find the information on the net. Can you help me?

I am from Dell Social Media and Community. I will be happy to help you with your concern.
The Workstation 650 has two jumpers on the system board. One to reset the system password and one to reset the Real Time Clock.
I am not certain how this is related how you can enter bios by resetting these jumpers.
I have also included the image of the jumper location.
I would rather suggest you to try using an external USB keyboard to try and enter the Bios.
