Poweredge Failsafe Voltage Error Will Not Turn On

Hi mahzik4e
Please perform a power cycle on the server.
To do so:-
1. unplug all the power cables from the server
2. press and hold the power button for 30 seconds
3. plug in the power cables and try to boot up again
If this doesn't resolve the issue. Please check the error code on the front panel LCD for more info.
Here's a manual for R710, refer to page 24 for the error codes:-

If the same error persist, it is most likely issue with the motherboard or power supplies. You will have to call into Support for a dispatch service.
