This server is just old enough that there isn't a x64 processor available. If you are needing this capability, you will need to locate a newer server.

The Dell PowerEdge 400sc will certainly run an older 64 bit processor so you must find the older intel p4 Prescott I believe it was. Check your socket architecture 845p or something like that and search for sources who sell 64bit p4 cpu.
