System Halted And Incorrect Memory Configuration

plz help on this server is not booting and is ending up with that message.

Incorrect memory configuration might be related to the incorrect installation of memory or incompatible memory installed. You have to keep in mind that you can only use the memory if it is compatible with the device. This computer accepts the following details of the memory.
  • 256MB/512MB/1GB/2GB/4GB Fully Buffered DIMMs (FBD) in matched pairs 
  • 533MHz or 667MHz; 12 FBD sockets for support up to 48GB.
