Hi, Dell Poweredge 2600 Which Was Bought In June 2004, Can Not Load The Os Srvr
it desplays the error message battery temprature high and displays a letter J and stops there, while trying to load the firmware, what could be the problem. its not coming up since yesterday and the server is 10 years old now

Hi,
The letter j is shown when it can’t find the MBR to continue to boot. Try going into the controller and making sure that the array is healthy. If there is a battery temperature warning there could be a controller issue.
