During POST of the server you will see a prompt to hit "CTRL + E" to enter the BMC/DRAC configuration.

Once inside you will have options to clear the log.  The message you are receiving is stating that the log is full and not able to list all the errors that are present.  It is adviable to view the log and trouble shoot appropriately.  Clearing the log is not a way of correcting any apparent issues that you may have.  It is just a way to reset the logging for the hardware.
