Optiplex 210l Beeps When Turn On

I work for Dell's Social Media Team. The Optiplex 210L emmits a series of beeps. Click on the below link, click on Manuals, Click on PDF next to Quick Reference Guide and refer to Page 35 for Beeps codes for this system to diagnose what is the issue.
