how to use sim card internet in dell 6440 laptop.

Sorry but you cannot just put a SIM card in the laptop and get mobile broadband. The computer needs to have a mobile broadband card installed as well. I don't believe your computer will have a slot for one unless you ordered it with mobile broadband in the first place.
