Repeated Instances Of Sudden Auto Shutdown And Reboot

My new Dell latitude e3620 has shown repeated instances when the screen blacks out and the machine shuts down totally and then the machine reboots by itself and goes through the whole opening sequence. Obviously unsaved data and open files are lost. Have called Dell tech service and they even replaced the motherboard. The problem continues unchanged. Have installed windows xp professional
