How Do I Connect A Printer To My Dell Inspiron B130

Your options are limited. These new PCs and laptops no longer have "printer" ports and USB has taken over as the default connection to most printers.

You will need a printer that connects via a USB cable or one that connects over the network. This laptop has wireless as an option so you may not have it.
For USB, simply plug it in and turn it on. 98 times out of 100 Windows will automatically install the printer for you. Occationally if Windows can't find it you may need to use the install CD that came with the printer.
Networked is harder. You need a network and a network capable printer. There is an "Add a printer" button in the Printers icon in the Control Panel that will allow you to add a networked printer. Just follow the prompts. This applies for wireless as well since the wireless is basically the same as a wired network.
