Possibly Sent Wrong Wireless Card. Do You Know Where It Goes?

I was sent a wireless card by Dell, Part#TVFF3. Do you know where it is supposed to go? I am afraid that it is the wrong part, as the only slot that I found is next to the audio connections on the mother board.

Full and Half Height Mini PCI express cards (like the one for the part number mentioned) are generally used in laptops. To use it on a desktop will require an adapter. Exchange it for a desktop PCI-Express wireless card.
