How Do I Get Out Of 'entering Power Save Mode'

I have tried and tried and i am uable to get into my computer

Hi azaliajo,

Please follow the steps mentioned below that might help you in resolving the issue:

1) I would suggest you to disconnect the power cable from the system and hold the power button down for 20 seconds, to discharge the “Static Flea Power”, after that connect power cable and restart your machine.

2) Ensure that the video cable connecting the monitor and the computer is properly connected and secure.

3) Verify that the power outlet is functioning properly by using any other electrical equipment.

4) Perform monitor self test feature check. Check for bent or broken pins in the video cable connector. If you need instructions to run monitor self test please click on the link below and refer to page no 30.

5) If the issue still persists, please run the monitor built in diagnostics. Instructions for the same will be available on page number 30.
