Dell 5210n Has An Error Message That Says 900.43 Rip
Can you tell me what this is and how to fix it?

This is due to a software communication issue from the internal RIP software, but possibly may require hardware replacement if not resolvable by a reset or by a firmware update.
See the manual on page 2-75 under 900.xx Error code service check, and Try to perform the ”Factory Defaults” reset.
