Dell 5230n Manual Tray Bypass

I have a Dell 5230n Laser Printer and want to be able to bypass the require button press when trying to print from the manual tray. Has anyone found a way to get around this? I can't find documents on this using a XML server side method or printer settings. Any advise or info would be great!
