During The Storm Last Nigh, We Have Lost Channels 2 Thru 69, R U Aware

Hi, you'll have to contact DirecTV to let them know of your outage issue. Sometimes they may be aware, but it's good to let them know anyway. It will also help if you need to request a credit for the time you were down.
