Losing Channels

I'm losing more and more channels by the hour. Lost channels show searching for satellite signal 771

Hello Jljam33 Please check the following:

Make sure your cable connections are secured starting from the reciever to your dish.

Ensure there is nothing blocking the dish and it is properly aligned with the Directv satelite. Most times signals are lost due storm, these are normally restored after the storm. If problem still occur after trying the above, please call 1-800-531-5000 for further assistance.
