Return Receiver

Where/how do I return the receiver - all you want is the receiver, right? My zip is 89121/east side - do you have a drop off close?I want to make pmts on the balance due - $50 a mo or until I see cr given for cost of receiver.

1. The previous answer may be an option--but you can in most cases return the equipment in person unwrapped to any FedEx office or UPS store, or usually to a local DirecTV office. Confirm by calling DirecTV. (See the link below.)

2. No, DirecTV wants your remote as well as the receiver.

3. You have to make any payment arrangements directly with the company. (We're an independent help site.) Use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/directv/customer-service.

Contact us. We'll send you a prepaid UPS shipping label with a return authorization number.
Pack the item in its original box, if possible.
Write the return authorization number on the front of the box. Parcels arriving without it won't be accepted.
Drop off the box at any authorized UPS Store drop-off location and UPS will take care of the rest.
