Very Slow Speed On The Internet
We have a D-link 6100 series wireless router. I have a laptop and I go wireless when I'm on the computer. The speed of getting and moving on the internet is very very slow. A tech at verizon had me go directly to the router and plug it into my computer. The speed was great- very fast. The question is, how to get my computer running that fast using it wireless. (My husband has a desktop and it is in his room and he is hooked up directly to the modem and the router. (My computer is in a separate room from his) Thank you for any advice you can give me.
