Problem Restoring Settings

I'm trying to restore my settings on the router from a previously saved backup, and when I upload the file from Load Settings From Local Hard Drive, it tells me "Please enter a valid filename". I tried rebooting my modem, still get the same error. The file name is the standard one, backupsettings.conf. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I had the same problem using Firefox (FF33.1 in this case, but earlier versions, too). Switched to Internet Explorer (IE11 in this case, but earlier versions too) and problem solved.
