We're an independent help site, not Craigslist. I'm sorry for your problems, but as you've discovered, Craigslist's one-on-one support is essentially non-existent. I know it's frustrating, but with the huge volume of posts, nearly all free, it's understandable. Craigslist's staff is tiny.

If you haven't yet done so, you can submit this Craigslist form, but don't hold your breath waiting for an answer. I'm afraid that's all you can do.
