I Forgot My Username And Password How Can I Unlock My Compaq

If you can remember your administrator password then you can reset your password through that option. Otherwise you will need the help of software of which there is a myriad of available on the net. Most require purchase but there may be some that are free. I would suggest carrying out a search of the net using a friends computer. Computer shops can normally remove passwords but again at cost. I have this software for my work but cannot advise for legal protocols.

Otherwise rebuild, but as a last resort if you do not have you data backed up.
