Freezing
my computer keeps on freezing when I try to install an operating system

Firstly if you are installing an O/S you need to make sure the drive you are installing to is OK. Has it already have an O/S which you are trying to install over? If it is a newer or older O/S then you may have to reformat the disk before attempting an install. Verify that it has no bad sectors as just one at the start of the drive will cause the install to fail.
