'wireless Capability Is Turned Off' Use Button Or Keyboard To Turn On. Where??

I cannot find anything where I can enable this.  Adapter and driver show that they are working and up to date.

The wireless button is directly above F9 & F10 and right next to the power button.  It has an icon that looks like a radio tower.
