The codes can be found in the manual for the remote (or the manual for the device the remote came with). If you don't have the manual, you can usually find it online by searching for the remote's model number. Although keep in mind that you cannot re-program the remote that came with the TV. If the remote isn't working then either the batteries are dead, the remote is broken, or the IR receiver in the TV has died.
