How Do We Get Removed As Members Of Classmates.com?

About 7 or 8 years ago I signed up as a trial member of classmates.com.  It was something like $15 or so for a year.  After that we did not hear from them for several years.  Within the past couple years or so they started charging my account on a regular basis.  About a year ago or so we contacted them and they apologized, said they would remove our information and reimburse the charges.  We just were working on our budget and saw several more charges from them.  How do we get this to stop and get our money back.  I am so mad by now, I am ready to contact our friend who is an attorney to have him get involved.
