Processing Refunds

Hi there. A new employee hit "CA" instead of "cancel." How do I process a refund to register the correct information?Thank you,Gabe

Press the refund (RF) button. Now enter the item as if you were selling it again and finish with cash. It will reverse the sale by showing a negative amount and the item will be returned to stock and removed from the cash total on the report.
