Cannot Find Information To Troubleshoot Scanning.

I need to scan. I have tried both settings of computer and remote scanner. It is connected, it is on and regardless I get the message that it is either not on, not connect, something is wrong with the scanner and something else. None of which have any merit. The Canon site is utterly useless. I need these scans for a meeting tomorrow and of course there is no information on the Canon site and phone help is closed.

Follow the procedures from page 74-82 & you should be able to scan your documents. Pay special attention to the scan from the printer display.
