Mf3010 Selects An Old Doc To Print. Cancel Docs, Stop/start Print Spool No Help

Canon printer MF 3010 is great, except it usually chooses another doc than the one I want to print on start up - and stays stuck on that. Cancel All Docs doesn't help. Neither does finding the Print Spool and Stop the service, Start again. Once in a while that does work [or something else happens, how would know.] Solution to this problem will be much apreciated. Marilyn
