Paper Comes Out And Flips Like 2 Sided

Every time I print, the paper comes almost all the way out and then goes back in. It is not set to 2 sided printing and even on my Printer Properties it is on 1 sided printing. I put a check in the way that I always do and it came out, went back in and printed on the wrong side. This just started yesterday. What can I do to stop this?

go to File => Print Set-up => Properties => Advanced => under document options, pages per sheet layout => click on arrow tab => select, "Left then Down" option
