Follow Up

I was attempting to print a photo from my computer. I had placed a new ink cassette in the printer. When I went to reprint it I kept getting an error message that the ink cassette is empty. Is there a way to clear this message? I have tried to shut down and restart the printer, without success.Thanks for taking the time with my question.
