Printing Is Coming Out Extremely Small On The Page.

Can't seem to get the printer to print full-size. We're connected via WiFi and it's getting the print jobs fine, just prints on a small fraction of the page (as if the document was reduced to 25% of its original size). Can't find any way to get this working.
