Have A Canon Mp620 And A Mac Os X 10.5.8. Is It Possible To Set Up Without Usb?

As long as your operating system is a n Mac OS X 10.4 or greater, then Yes you can set up wireless without a USB hook up. Which, I believe yours does meet this requirement.
