Why Dose Canon Send Fax Mode Cause The Wave Broad..telephony Modem To(reboot)?
We had local hard-wire phone service all work well. We changed to Wave Broadband our phone lines go through a telephony modem. Sending faxes to some numbers fail and cause the telephony modem to reboot. Wave broadband techs blame low voltage sometimes. But the same numbers fail.. error 0018 sometimes. We use another fax machine Sharp that Wave BB let us use that works all the time.
