Yes, Canon MF3110 has a driver software different versions of Mac Operating Systems. It can be downloaded from the support website of Canon. Please follow the steps provided below.

No there is no driver, software, firmware or anything for MAC. Don't waist you time. This device is outdated and full of bugs that Canon had never fixed. There is no firmware update even for Win7, so if you have a MAC or Win7 and you are not able to copy your documents because of the "waiting to scan" error, you can just put it in the trash and look for another brand of Printer/Copier. I will never buy a Canon MF machine again, because of no support for their devices afterwards
