Why are you trying to factory reset. I don't believe there is, but you check by pressing your data registraion key and check user settings then hit the set key when/if you find it there.
And you can try this as well
1) Enter into service mode:
Menu -> 2 -> 8 -> Menu
2) To clear all the settings:
Copier -> Function -> Clear -> All
