P-touch 1010 Displays 'cutter Error' When I Press Print. I Have Tried Restarting

How do I fix the cutter error on my Brother label maker?
Cutter Error can be a result of a blocked tape exit path or blocked movement of the cutter blade.
Turn off the machine.
Open the top cover and remove the cassette tape.
Examine the cassette tape compartment where the tape exits the machine. ...
Reinstall the cassette tape back into the machine and close the cover.
