No Station Id

Hi, my MFC J415W brother printer will not print and has the troubleshooter messages:- "no station id" and "F4". I have tried all the paperjam, turning off, etc to clear F4 to no avail. No sure if there is anything to try for the "no station id" message. Can you help. Thank you
