Brother Mfc9840cdw Pint Unable 71
Hi,I believe the polygon motor has finally seized up enough that it needs replacement. I believe that motor is within the laser scanner unit. I'm thinking it may be easier to just replace the scanner unit than try to get to the motor, but am looking for an advice or instruction you can give me. Thank you,John

The message 'Print Unable 71' or 'Machine Error 71' will appear on the display if there is a mechanical malfunction of the Brother machine. ... To reset the machine, power the machine Off using the power switch located on the right side of the machine. Wait approximately 10 seconds and then power it back On.
