Mfc-7360n I'm Trying To Print Envelopes Via The Manual Tray. Says Its Jamming,

I've opened the back and slowly feed the envelope into the manual tray area. I've got it to pick up the envelopes once and when it did it seemed to work fine. But most times you are trying to put the envelopes in and if it gets too far in it says it's "jammed" but there is no jam. If it's not far in enough it wants to pull paper from the main tray. Frustrating. I'm trying to print many envelopes and need this to work
