My 6490cw Shows 'unable To Init.30' Or ' Unable To Init.50', What Do Them Mean?

My 6490CW shows "unable to init.30" or " unable to init.50" after i replaced a printing head, but its scanning function is as usual. what do them mean? & how to solve them?
