What Does It Mean When Working On A Duetta 4500 When The Error Message

What does it mean when working on a Brother Duetta 4500 that the error message reads unable to sew in this mode?

  1. Press Menu or Menu/Set.
  2. Select Fax => Miscellaneous or Tel Service => Distinctive or BT Call Sign.
  3. Press the Up or Down Arrow key to select off. Press OK or Menu/Set.
  4. Press Stop/Exit.

This mean that u need to change the sewing mode bcz i cannot sew i this mode
