Bobbin Won't Turn, Thread Won't Feed Through Feed Dog

I took out the bobbin to put more thread on it, and when I replaced it, all of a sudden it wasn't moving, and now the bottom thread is not being picked up by the needle. Nothing happened or changed in the time of me winding the bobbin, was working perfectly just moments before. Please help
