Normally are caused by the screen panel flex cable wrongly disconnected while unit powering on. ... If you already installed on to the car and not able to unplug the power cable harness, then please turn off the car ACC for no less than 2 minutes, so that the radio will shutdown and disconnect from power.
Switch off the car stereo you want to fix.
2) Remove the front panel.
3) Get a cotton bud and pour 3 to 4 drops of cleaning liquid onto it.
4) Swipe the wet side upwards and downwards across the gold metal pins for a couple of seconds. Wait around 1 minute before reattaching it as you want the solution to dry out
