Shut Down Problem On A Gsx. Fires Up And 30 Secs Later Shuts Off After 1 Flicker

power on works fine. Menu desplays and you can select source. The unit will operate for 30 seconds or soo and then immediately shut down and show the 321 startup screen. That will fade to black and then one brief flicker of power before hard shut down. About every 3-5 mins after this sequesnce the unti will appear to power up but not to a complete and stable state
